▶︎ 流程
◎ 詢價：請先來信告知拍攝需求，我們將提供方案與報價單。
◎ 下訂：確定要預約拍攝，會簽署合約確認拍攝時間與交期並需先支付總額的一半，入帳後攝影預約才會成立。
◎ 前置作業：會依據選擇方案提供不同服務。
◎ 拍攝：依據預約時間拍攝。如果選擇在寧氏攝影棚拍攝，不需收取棚費。外出拍攝需要提供攝影師佈燈與收拾器材時間，約1-1.5小時（依據專案難易度有差異），請租借其他場地時注意時間。
◎ 選片：拍攝完後三天提供調色後毛片線上選片（選片檔案為小檔＋浮水印）※選片注意事項：為確保雙方權益，選片完成時我們會提供一份待處理毛片清單（包含毛片縮圖及檔案編號）並請客戶簽名確認。
◎ 等候處理：與業主約定好時間繳交照片，如需提早時間，需加價總金額的三成。
◎ 交件：於指定日期我們會跟您請款餘款，確認入帳後我們會將照片上傳至google雲端供您下載。※交件後之檔案我們會保存在雲端上一個月的時間，一個月後未下載要再上傳需額外收費，每1Gb收500元，不滿1Gb視為1Gb收費，超過的不滿1Gb以四捨五入進位，請把握時間盡快下載。
▶︎ 預約/取消規範
◎ 網路及電話詢問在尚未支付訂金之前，預約都不算成立，以能先付訂金者為優先。
◎ 收到訂金後拍攝方案即成立，並且視同同意相關規範。
◎ 拍攝專案成立後，只可於10天前更改拍攝日期，無法做取消動作（因為前置作業已經開始製作，需時間與成本）。
◎ 如果拍攝當天臨時取消，將收取專案一半的費用作為賠償金。
▶︎ 其他注意事項
◎ 若因不可抗力之因素造成無法前來，可以更改拍攝日期。但應出示相關證明，若遇颱風，則以政府公告是否停班停課為判斷基準。若是公共交通機關延誤之原因則需要官方證明。

▶︎ Photography Process
◎ Inquiry: Please send us an email with your photography requirements, and we will provide you with a proposal and a quotation.
◎ Booking: Once you confirm the photography reservation, we will sign a contract to confirm the shooting date and delivery date. A 50% advance payment is required before the photography appointment is confirmed.
◎ Preparations: We will provide different services based on the chosen package.
◎ Photography: The actual shooting will take place according to the scheduled time. If you choose to shoot at our studio, there is no studio fee. For on-location shoots, please allow approximately 1 to 1.5 hours for setup and equipment breakdown by the photographer (duration may vary depending on the complexity of the project). When renting other locations, please be mindful of the time.
◎ Image Selection: Three days after the shoot, we will provide an online selection of color-corrected images (selection files are low-resolution with watermarks). Note: To ensure the interests of both parties, upon completion of image selection, we will provide a pending image list (including thumbnail images and file numbers) for your confirmation and signature.
◎ Processing Wait: Arrange a mutually agreed-upon time with the client for image delivery. If an earlier delivery time is requested, a 30% surcharge of the total amount is applicable.
◎ Delivery: On the specified date, we will invoice you for the remaining balance. Upon receipt of payment, we will upload the photos to Google Cloud for your download. Note: Files will be stored on the cloud for one month after delivery. If you need them re-uploaded after this period, an additional fee of 500 NTD per 1GB (or fraction thereof) will apply, rounding up for fractions less than 1GB. Please download promptly to avoid additional charges.
▶︎ Booking/Cancellation Policy
◎ Inquiries via the internet or phone are not considered confirmed until a deposit is paid. Priority is given to those who pay the deposit first.
◎ Once the deposit is received, the photography reservation is considered confirmed, and you are deemed to have agreed to the relevant terms and conditions.
◎ After a photography project is confirmed, changes to the shooting date can only be made up to 10 days before the original date. Cancellations cannot be accommodated as pre-production work has already begun, incurring time and costs.
◎ If the shoot is canceled on the day of the appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the project cost will be charged as compensation.
▶︎ Other Considerations
◎ In cases of force majeure preventing attendance, the shooting date can be rescheduled. However, relevant evidence should be provided. In the event of a typhoon, the government's decision to suspend work or classes will be the determining factor. Official documentation is required for delays caused by public transportation agencies.
